A few years ago, we realised that many persons- especially women, constantly struggled with side effects of popular hair removal methods especially shaving- but they would still use these methods constantly even after experiencing shame and embarrassment that came from seeing their once soft, even-toned skin become dry, patchy, dark, bumpy, and scarred from all the cuts and razor bumps.

This took a toll on the confidence of many- persons would hide their freshly-shaved armpits and bikini line out of fear of being judged or criticized about hygiene or they thought their skin was just too ugly.
